IN. With over 12 years experience in accounting and finance, Heather
has played a critical role with several multi-million dollar acquisitions
and divestitures. Heather possesses the experience and ability
to successfully bring business buyers and sellers together. Heather
is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Heather has her Bachelor
of Science Degree in Accounting Systems from Taylor University
in Upland, IN and her MBA from Ball State University in Muncie,
IN.
Vince
Winans has been with VR Business Brokers in Indianapolis,
IN since its inception. Winans plays an integral role on business
sales, valuations, and business consulting. Winans possesses 30
years of diversified business experience including running several
businesses of his own. He is an expert in the field of sales and
sales management. Prior to joining VR, he served in several executive
positions within the automotive industry.
Mohan Sarda
Mohan has over 14 years of business and system consulting experience. He has been involved in multiple business process improvements and system implementation projects for large companies. While working for a large management consulting firm he has worked on projects for multiple fortune 500 companies. He was involved in lead roles and have managed multiple projects. His background in business process redesign and system consulting and experience in dealing with C-level executives of multi billion dollar companies coupled with facilitation skills makes him ideal candidates to help business with process improvement and assisting with sale.

Victor Gersdorff has been with VR Business Brokers in Indianapolis,
has over 10 years business and sales experience. He has played a vital role in management and sales at several multi-million dollar companies. He has worked in a consulting capacity for VR and with Troy Frank for the better part of the past decade. Victor has Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing, Business Management, Human Resource Management, and Marketing/Distribution Management from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
